OTIS is a leader in the field of elevators. Its invention, "elevator", constantly brings the scope of human activities to new heights.

The products sold by OTIS in the Chinese market have not been localized, so there are many situations that are not suitable for Chinese users. Customers expect to make their products more suitable for Chinese consumers through cooperation with Trojan horses, and to maintain their dominant position in the increasingly fierce market competition.

Trojan starts from understanding the needs of users, listening to the opinions of dealers, end users, property, developers and other different aspects, and experiences the whole process from market research, concept introduction, appearance design, structural design, prototype production to production support. The design process is also a process of balancing the needs of all parties. We strive to meet the requirements of all parties. Designers are responsible for communicating suppliers from 5 cities and 4 different enterprise departments, summarizing the needs and opinions of all parties, and forming a relatively comprehensive design. Elevator is different from general products, its structure and process are relatively complex, and it needs to meet various requirements such as safety and environmental protection. Engineers cooperate with suppliers of different parts to discuss the process details with workers on site, select materials and confirm the effect until the best condition is reached.

In order to show the project results and obtain opinions from all parties, we have made a large-scale exhibition at the corporate headquarters and exhibited 7 series of products. The new design concept breaks through everyone's understanding of the traditional elevator car and solves many problems in the elevator space, including lighting and operating habits. This series of products won the IF China Design Award.
