This design starts the research of optical illusion pattern color from the perspective of CMF design innovation, and the innovative design of products based on the characteristics of plexiglass materials. "Snowflake" is a coffee table composed of three layers of plexiglass materials with different texture effects, patterns and colors. In the process of rotating the first layer of turntable, the three layers of materials overlap and separate. Through the material stacking and pattern mixing and superposition, rich visual change effects are produced, which is full of interest. This project originated from the CMF research cooperation project with Guangzhou Lego Construction Technology Co., Ltd.: based on the innovative application research of DECO · DECO resin glass material, the design results have been patented, thanks to all the support provided during the project.
