Using a curved surface transfer head made of silicone rubber material, dip the ink on the intaglio plate into the surface of the transfer head, and then press it on the surface of the required object to print words, patterns, etc.

Advantages:

1. High efficiency, fast speed, no drying process, and continuous multi-color printing

2. Products with irregular surfaces can be printed

3. Can print fine patterns, generally can print 0.05mm fine lines

4. A wide range of printing materials: plastic, metal, ceramic, leather and other materials

Disadvantages:

1. The printed pattern has no texture and the ink layer is relatively thin.

2. Not suitable for large-area printing




2. screen printing

Silk screen printing is printed on the printed object through a screen pattern.

Advantages:

1. The printing pattern has texture and thick ink

2. It is suitable for large-area product printing, such as outdoor advertising, signs, etc. Of course, it is also suitable for logo printing of small products.

Disadvantages:

Not suitable for printing of irregular curved surfaces




3. laser carving

Laser engraving is also called laser engraving or laser marking. It is a process of surface treatment based on optical principles. Use laser beams to carve permanent marks on the surface of matter or inside transparent matter.

We usually buy watches, bracelets and other metal products that support lettering service, generally adopt laser engraving, which is more efficient.

Advantages:

It has texture and long-term preservation.

Disadvantages:

The color cannot be changed, only the color of the product material itself.





4. local polishing, hot silver/gold, OEM

Make logo metallic

Local polishing is commonly used with metal materials to make logo and the whole show the contrast effect of smooth sand.




5. mold is integrally formed

The Logo is integrally formed with the product itself to make it bulge or dent.



6. depression coloring

The sunken logo is electroplated and sprayed to form a contrast color.

7. inlay/veneer

Logo and products are inlaid or pasted on products with different materials to make logo and products contrast.

9. double injection molding

Different materials, different colors, integrated molding

That is, two materials are injected on an injection molding machine at the same time;

There is also two-color injection molding. Two materials with different colors are injected on the same injection molding machine.

Double-material injection molding feels more practical, crystal clear, glass texture and never fade matters applied to mobile phone shell, medical treatment, etc.




10. logo glow

Logo is generally made of transparent plastic or rubber materials, and LED lights are added to the back.

For plastic, we can directly use transparent materials as logo.

How to realize local logo light transmission for rubber materials?

First select a piece of light-transmitting rubber, then spray the rubber to make it an opaque material, and finally scrape out the shape of logo to realize the concept of light transmission of silicone logo.
