Project Name: Super Intelligent Nucleic Acid Detection Kiosk
Cooperation content: design analysis | appearance design | structural design | prototype production | accompanying running assistance
This is the intelligent nucleic acid detection kiosk designed and launched by Suoguo. As the core facility of mobile epidemic prevention, its design revolves around "the efficiency of safe batch detection without contact sampling". It integrates in-depth adaptation to large-scale nucleic acid screening scenes in spatial form, functional layout and details. It is a design sample integrating "functional rationality" and "user care" of mobile medical facilities.
1. Design Analysis: Functional Modularization of Epidemic Prevention Scenarios
The core scenario of the intelligent nucleic acid testing kiosk is outdoor large-scale nucleic acid screening, community/port epidemic prevention testing, the design of the underlying logic to "non-contact sampling and efficient circulation" as the core:
The functional modules are clearly adapted: the whole module is divided into four modules: "sampling interaction area (isolation glove operation position), equipment work area (internal nucleic acid detection equipment), storage logistics area (bottom locker) and mobile support area (wheeled base)", which is in line with the epidemic prevention process of "subject sampling → non-contact operation of medical care → rapid sample processing. The dual sampling position design supports serving two subjects simultaneously, adapting to the efficiency requirements of large-scale screening.
Scenario expression of materials: the combination of "medical-grade protective plate transparent isolation cabin" is adopted. The protective plate ensures the physical isolation of medical care from the outside world. The transparent cabin not only allows the examinee to clearly perceive the operation process, but also enhances the permeability of the space, avoids the depression of the enclosed space, and adapts to the scene requirements of outdoor long-term epidemic prevention.
2. Design Language: Safety and Humanistic Aesthetics of Epidemic Prevention Facilities
The design language of this testing booth is based on the "gentle feeling of professional and emotional care for epidemic prevention and safety:
Safe adaptation of the form: the "semi-closed cabin rounded corner shape" is adopted, the semi-closed structure ensures the safety of non-contact sampling, the rounded corner shape weakens the "cold feeling" of epidemic prevention facilities and transmits the attribute of "gentle protection"; The curved design at the top not only enhances the permeability of the space, but also facilitates outdoor drainage and adapts to the epidemic prevention needs of different weather.
Functional orientation of color: "white light blue" is the main color, white conveys the epidemic prevention attribute of "cleanliness and sterility", light blue strengthens the visual perception of "medical specialty" and relieves the tension of the examinee at the same time; The medical logo in the middle (holding the water drop cross with both hands) intuitively conveys the value of "health protection" and enhances the public's trust in epidemic prevention facilities.
3. Design Details: Implicit Support for the Epidemic Prevention Process
The detailed design revolves around the "safety and efficiency of contactless sampling:
Details of the sampling area: equipped with "long-arm isolation gloves and double operating positions", long-arm gloves meet the sampling requirements of subjects of different heights, and double operating positions support parallel sampling to improve the efficiency of large-scale screening; The junction between gloves and cabin adopts "sealed interface" to avoid external air infiltration and ensure the safety protection of medical care.
Details of working area: "equipment placement operation moving line" is reserved in the internal space, and doctors and nurses can smoothly complete the operation of "sampling tube marking → sample storage" in the cabin to avoid efficiency loss caused by moving line crossing. The anti-fog treatment of the transparent cabin ensures clear sight during sampling and avoids sight interference caused by outdoor temperature difference.
Details of logistics area: the storage cabinet at the bottom adopts "classified interlayer design", which can store sampling pipes, disinfectant and other materials respectively and is suitable for quick access to epidemic prevention materials. The wheeled base is equipped with a "braking device", which not only supports the flexible movement of the testing booth (suitable for different scenes such as communities/ports), but also can be quickly fixed during sampling to ensure operational stability.
4. Ergonomics: Comfortable Adaptation for Epidemic Prevention Operations
The ergonomic design is optimized for "convenient sampling of medical and nursing subjects on duty for a long time:
Adaptation of medical care end: the operation height in the cabin is highly consistent with the human body posture of "sitting posture sampling". The position of sampling gloves is consistent with the natural extension range of medical care arms, thus reducing shoulder fatigue caused by long-term sampling. The ventilation design of the cabin space ensures the air circulation of medical care on duty for a long time and improves the working comfort.
Adaptation at the end of the subject: the sampling position is highly adapted to the ergonomics of "standing sampling" (covering the height interval of 1.5 m-1.9m), and the subject can complete sampling without bending down or standing on tiptoe, which is suitable for the use requirements of the public of different age groups. The visual design of the transparent cabin allows the subject to clearly see the sampling operation and reduces the strangeness and tension of "contactless sampling.
Conclusion: the safety of epidemic prevention facilities and temperature symbiosis
The design of this intelligent nucleic acid detection kiosk is a symbiotic sample of "safety protection" and "humanistic experience" of mobile epidemic prevention facilities. It takes functional modularity as the skeleton and adapts to the process requirements of large-scale nucleic acid screening. With safety humanistic language as the texture, the specialty and temperature of epidemic prevention facilities are transmitted. With detail design as the nerve, it supports the safety and efficiency of contactless sampling. With ergonomics as the blood vessel, it adapts to the dual experience of medical care and the public.
At a time when public health and epidemic prevention needs are normalized, such a design not only improves the safety and efficiency of nucleic acid testing, but also redefines the value of "epidemic prevention facilities"-it is no longer a cold isolation tool, but a health guard station with both "safety protection" and "humanistic care. This concept of "balancing safety and experience by design" also points out the direction for the design of mobile epidemic prevention facilities: only by deeply integrating the "rationality of epidemic prevention function" with the "sensibility of public experience" can we create facility products that truly contribute to public health safety.
