"Surprise" is a food design about lollipops. "Surprise" is composed of three kinds of sugars, namely, the hard candy in the middle of the outermost chocolate and the innermost jumping candy. As the smooth chocolate melts, the tip of the tongue will touch the tentacles of the hard candy, and the hardness of the hard candy itself and the shape set magnifies the sensory gap. The dissolution of the hard candy near the end, the direct "explosion" peaks the stimulation of the senses, and the layers of progressive stimulation make people feel pleasantly surprised.
