The original building is the Tianjin Shipyard with a history of nearly a hundred years, and the Tianjin Shipyard with a history of 100 years is a milestone in the history of Chinese shipbuilding technology. As an industry leader at that time, he made great contributions to China's navigation industry. Out of a deep memory of history and respect for the history of the original construction shipyard, we want to use the concept of "navigator" with a huge ship driving on the sea to design this project. In the original building, the model house and the sales office were two separate buildings. The designer connected the two buildings with a corridor and turned them into a complete building. The outline of the giant wheel was outlined by streamlined lines, and LED light strips were attached according to the shape of the outline, presenting the era giant wheel with a sense of future science and technology. The design of outdoor waterscape, with the artistic architectural giant ship, looks like a giant ship sailing on the water in the distance. The integration of architecture, landscape and interior is used to complete the concept of "navigator" when the ship travels on the sea. In the future, the project hopes to lead the vigorous development of the whole city like a pilot, and become the leader in the industry like the original Tianjin Shipyard. Under the leadership of advancing with the times and advanced modern technology, it has become a giant ship of the "leader" in the industry.
