Before, I sent the first version of the design on the general image. The real wireless Bluetooth headset combined with the integrated design of the mobile power supply. Through the research on the design and modeling, the combination and breakthrough of functions were finally difficult to go on the market (2018). The design scheme of wireless charging was added, and the shape design of the middle circle was finally selected. The first reason was that it was durable, but the original product was changed less, including no need to change the plastic mold!

Hardware is the highlight of this product, but it is also one of the difficulties of this product. The closed aluminum alloy, with a long cross section and a large asymmetrical design at the top, leads to easy deformation, including the treatment of the carved gap at the earphone end. The processing process is more difficult to deal with, and these troubles have been solved simply!
