The problem is obvious: if the nail is made a little longer, it will not be able to press it down because it reaches the second key cap or gets stuck in the gap. if you use the usual typing method, your fingers will not touch the key because of the extended nail. if you must press the key cap, you have to put your fingers very flat and use the keyboard slowly in an unfamiliar and unintelligent way, and endure the pain of "prying your nails" from time to time because you forget to flat your fingers.
Friends in the same predicament are very good at self-consistency: "it is not very painful to endure and you can still type"; "As long as you master the special keyboard angle"; "Remove it and come back after a complete holiday"
Then a few days later, a friend did remove her nails, because her work required a computer at any time, and it took her nearly 400 nails only a week to maintain.
Regrettably, it suddenly occurred to me that I had heard many similar complaints from girls around me, "I can't type," "I like to do manicures, but I have to work," "I have to take my nails off when I have a holiday," "it's not convenient to play games without playing tour", especially in a city full of migrant workers like Shenzhen, where both account for a very large proportion.

Then I thought that the keyboard is an essential tool for work, and manicure is a common category of beauty, both of which are common situations in life, so why is it that "nail making" and "pressing the keyboard" are not compatible? There are many beautiful keyboards on the market that are designed to target women, but there seems to be no keyboard that appears to solve the problem of this female use scenario.
Tools that exist for convenience seem to have an inconvenience that has always existed by default.

Searching on various platforms can see many of the same scenes, and even find special tutorials to teach people how to type skillfully after manicure.

I found that on the day of the conflict between the keyboard and the nail art, I tried a lot of ways to press the keyboard and finally copied the words typed by my mobile phone. After that, I asked many friends of the same sex, and most of them encountered similar difficulties.

In the sketch stage, the most thoughts were on the key cap, such as arrows, triangles, wavy shapes and even a mushroom, and small animals with pouting buttocks. Finally, I drew a shape with little change compared with the conventional one. The difference is that the front side of the key cap is tilted downward, and the direction angle of the finger is tilted more to make room, so as to avoid the conflict with nails with larger rounded corners, the direction angle that the opposite finger is most likely to touch is the most obvious, which is easy to capture and press.

The distance between the left and right key caps is increased, and the height of the key cap is appropriately raised to increase the space for pressing down. The left and right fingers point at different angles, so the tilt direction is also divided into left and right.
