1. design analysis
Use scenario: orthopedic joint replacement, spinal screw placement and other navigation operations that require millimeter-level accuracy.
Core appeal:
Precision-tracking error ≤ 0.2mm, real-time feedback of instrument posture;
• Fast setup -30 s to complete device registration;
• Zero occlusion -360 ° annular lens array to avoid intraoperative light blocking.
2. Design Language
Form: Ring-shaped "space capsule" main body + cantilever support, symbolizing the "Polaris" surrounding guidance.
Color: pearl white shell + deep space gray front panel, ice blue ring light belt in the middle, conveying the sense of the future of science and technology.
Material: shell ABS + PC medical grade flame retardant, front panel 2 mm tempered glass, easy to clean alcohol.
3. Design Details
Annular Lens Array:
24 near-infrared cameras are evenly distributed with 270 arcs, and the field of view overlaps by 30%, realizing zero dead angle tracking.
Concealed light strip:
The ice blue LED is only 2 mm micro-slit light transmission, which is not dazzling during the operation and indicates the working status of the system.
Quick Disassemble Sterile Cover:
• Disposable transparent PET cover is magnetically fixed and disassembled for 3 seconds to avoid intraoperative contamination of the optical window.
Fanless heat dissipation:
• Annular aluminum extrusion radiator + top chimney air duct, zero noise, zero dust, meet the requirements of laminar flow.
One key calibration:
• Front capacitive touch keys, wearing gloves can also complete the pointer calibration, no external mouse.
4. ergonomics
Operating height: cantilever lifting 1200-1800mm, matching different operating bed height; The center of gravity of the main engine falls on the pillar axis and can be rotated with one hand.
Viewing angle: The circular window is tilted down 10 °, and the operator's standing sight is perpendicular to the lens window to reduce glare.
Movement: 5 100 mm medical mute wheels on the base, the first two with electromagnetic brakes, the pushing force ≤ 35 N, female nurses can move with one hand.
Maintenance posture: the side plate buckle is opened for 1 second, and the lens module is replaced without tools. The height of the maintenance port is 900mm, and it can be operated by squatting.
Safety clearance: the outer diameter of the base is 550mm, and the safe distance ≥ 80 mm shall be reserved with the operating bed and the hanging tower to prevent tripping.
Summary
