This ship is a full-swing working ship used for towing and pushing berthing operations in coastal navigation areas and port areas. The ship is equipped with 3 fire monitors, which can also serve as maritime fire fighting, anchorage to pick up personnel and daily supply and transportation functions. Under the premise of meeting the relevant design specifications and customer functional requirements, the ship has compact size, reasonable layout and low cost.

The ship meets the requirements of the Technical Rules for Statutory Inspection of Domestic Navigation Vessels (2011) and its Amendment Notice, the Code for the Construction of Domestic Navigation Vessels (CCS 2015) and its Amendment Notice Design (hereinafter referred to as the Code).
