In the past due to the fact the toilet papers were not soluble the toilet basket was mandatory. On the contrast, In these days the toilet papers are so soluble we can simply flush into the water. In sequence, ironically the rolls which have left over after using the papers, are likely to file up beside the toilet. Therefore, I propose the new conception of the toilet paper roll which ultimately reused as the bowl cleaner. In addition, the roll must be naturally and harmlessly made so it has eco-friendly scent and does not pollute the environment at all.
