For designers working in design companies, it is actually quite difficult to have access to traditional watch designs. But fortunately, I have worked in a watch company before, and I have a certain understanding of the design process and technology of quartz watches, so I took a lot of detours when designing the dial.

The initial goal is to create a brand of street tide, and finally the brand tone is positioned in the "city trend". The overall design also allows the element of "pipeline" to run through. The pipeline is really an indispensable element in the city. The intersection of longitude and latitude connects the life of the whole city.

The design of the whole watch is very complicated, which is also a challenge for designers who are accustomed to minimalist design. How to find order in many constituent elements so that the whole product does not appear messy.

In the design process, I reserved a small piece of designer's signature with a little selfishness, and the customer accepted the idea very happily. So, the first work printed with his own signature was born.

In the end, the watch was finally mass-produced. And the physical effect basically restores the feeling of the effect diagram.
