Although it's too difficult for blind to cook, many blind pick up knives. Knives, basic tools of cook, have many shapes. Blind cooks are hard to distinguish variety knives. It is dangerous to touch a edge of a knife. Braille can usually help blind people. However, it can't describe shapes of something to them. So I designed 'White Knives', kind knives. Its handles are embossed with icons. Each intuitive icon tells the shape of knife to blind chef. So blinds can know shapes of variety knives safely.
