APP/applet torque matching fluorescent batch head

In the process of daily use of screwdrivers, family users have excessive force to damage the product, too small force to achieve the fastening effect, and loose screws occur during use.
In this design scheme, users can select the product type (e. g. small household appliances-electric rice cooker) to tighten screws through APP/WeChat applet, and the program can automatically match the required torque information to screwdriver products through NFC. So as to realize safe and efficient fastening action.
At the same time, the screwdriver batch head in this design scheme adopts fluorescent encapsulation material, which can find the batch head more quickly at night after the batch head falls and is lost, thus avoiding unnecessary losses.

This design scheme won the third prize in the 7th China Power Tool Product Design Competition in 2021.
