This product belongs to the AR-HUD of direct investment windshield. The author designed it in 2019, abandoning the small screen of the first two generations and throwing the image directly on the windshield.

Since the positioning is a rear-mounted AR-HUD, the user does not need to change the windshield or stick a film, and can realize the AR-HUD function by connecting the mobile phone APP or the turnip smart car machine.

Problem solved
1. The driver can see the information without lowering his head, thereby avoiding distracting the road ahead.
2. The driver does not need to adjust his eyes between observing the distant road and the nearby instrument, which can avoid eye fatigue.

Technical difficulties
One. It's the ghosting problem. Generally, the front-mounted HUD needs to adopt PVB wedge-shaped interlayer special glass to solve the problem of double image. The car radish water drop adopts the optical path and optical material design scheme of exclusive patented technology to achieve the same visual effect as the front-mounted W-HUD;
II. It's the brightness. By increasing the small lens, the brightness efficiency is increased by 3 times, and the brightness is increased under the condition of little power consumption;

Three is the realization of AR-HUD. The car radish water drop provides a technical scheme of software and hardware linkage, breaking through the limit of 6X3 degree field of view angle, and can project the image to the dynamic position of 5 meters to 7 meters on the front road surface. The image is projected to the dynamic position of 5-7 meters in front of the road, which means that the car radish water droplets can achieve a AR-HUD display effect.

Inspired by the water droplets in the three-body science fiction novel, the streamline and round shape, and the silhouette base of the B2 bomber make the product full of science fiction and futurity. At the same time, the shape of the tail can cover the reflection interference of the internal mirror to the driver through the adjustment of the angle, and the form ensures the function and the function fits the form.
