In addition, the 45,000 square meter plot next to Shanghai's Hongqiao Airport will include another 9 office buildings in the overall plan designed by MVRDV and the underground commercial street designed by Kaida Global. The petal building designed by MVRDV for Xiexin Real Estate Group has won the three-star green building label and has the best energy saving level in China. The overall planned comprehensive use project includes 110,000 square meters of office buildings, 47,000 square meters of retail space and 55,000 square meters of parking lots.
