1. Fried peanuts: Put peanuts into a pressure cooker, drop a little water to damp the peanuts, cover the lid and put it on the fire without putting the pressure limiting valve. When the air holes start to emit gas, reduce the firepower and bump the pan with both hands to turn the peanuts in the pan evenly. bump the peanuts every 1-2 minutes. start from the air, bump the pan 3-4 times, then leave the fire and cool naturally. after 7-8 minutes, the peanuts will be fried and can be eaten with the lid opened.
2. Boiled bean stuffing: wash the red bean and put it into a pressure cooker, add an appropriate amount of water (the amount of water is such that the beans can fully expand), cover the pot, boil over heat, buckle the pressure limiting valve after boiling, and cook for 15 minutes. The beans are rotten. After deflation and decompression, the pan can be boiled to make bean stuffing.
3. Boiling dumplings: First put half a pot of water in a pressure cooker, boil it, stir it in the water with a spoon for two weeks to make it spin up, then put the dumplings in, cover the lid tightly, do not buckle the valve, and burn with a high fire. When steam comes out of the valve hole, turn off the fire after about half a minute until the valve hole no longer emits gas, then boil the pot to fish the dumplings.
4. Boiling bean porridge: wash japonica rice and adzuki bean, put them in a pressure cooker, add appropriate amount of water (the amount of water should make the beans fully expand and make the bean porridge thick and suitable), cover the lid, boil over heat, buckle the pressure limiting valve after boiling, cook for 15 minutes, and the bean porridge will be cooked.
5. Boiling zongzi: Put the wrapped zongzi into a pot, and add water to the pot to overflow the zongzi by 1~2cm. Cover the lid, boil with high fire, and then buckle the pressure limiting valve after boiling. The zongzi will be cooked in about 15 minutes.
Cooking noodles: Fill the right amount of water in the pressure cooker, boil over heat, lower the noodles into the pot, cover the lid, do not overlap, do not buckle the pressure limiting valve, cook for about 3 minutes, and the noodles will be cooked.
6. Fried dumplings: Heat a pressure cooker, pour a little oil, wipe well, and place the dumplings in the pan. After half a minute, sprinkle some water into the pot, then cover the pot, buckle the pressure limiting valve, and bake with slow fire for about 5 minutes, and the dumplings will be ripe. Dumplings fried in this way are better than those steamed, boiled or fried in ordinary pots.
7. Pancake: Apply oil to the bottom of the pressure cooker, heat it, put it into the cake blank, cover the lid, and buckle the pressure limiting valve. After one minute, turn over the cake in the pan, cover it with a buckle valve, and bake it for another minute, and the cake will be cooked. The cake baked by this method is evenly heated, soft and delicious.
8. Toast: Add alkali to the soft noodles, then add appropriate amount of milk, eggs and white sugar, and knead the noodles thoroughly. Coat the bottom of the pressure cooker with a little cooking oil, scoop out the well-mixed dough with a spoon, make it into a bread green body, put it into the pot, cover the pot, buckle the pressure limiting valve, and heat it with high fire for 3 minutes. Then go to the valve to deflate, turn over the pan, and then cover the pressure limiting valve to heat for 3 minutes.
9. Storing cooked food: Steam or boil the cooked food to be stored in a pressure cooker, remove the pressure limiting valve after the water in the cooker is boiled, and buckle it after venting.
The above is the introduction of some of the main functions of the pressure cooker. It should be noted that when using the pressure cooker, the operating procedures should be strictly observed to ensure safety.
