[Purpose of Creation] Most TWS earphone warehouses on the market are plastic flip covers, which are easy to loosen hinges and produce abnormal noise after long use, and the plastic texture is difficult to highlight high-end positioning. This design aims to create a mechanical aesthetic and advanced touch of all-metal slide headphones to solve the problem of one-handed opening and closing difficulties and cheap texture.

[Creation Process] This work was completed in October 2026. The core breakthrough lies in the mechanical structure deduction of the sliding cover warehouse:

Push-pull damping system: adopt the combination of "guide rail friction damper magnetic lock" to ensure smooth push-pull with one hand, clear paragraph feeling, and no open space when closed.

Internal acoustics and stacking: an accurate dynamic sound generating unit (Dynamic Driver) and an airtight cavity are reserved inside the earphone handle; The flat battery and PCB board are stacked in the warehouse, which greatly reduces the thickness of the whole machine.

CMF collision: brushed stainless steel slide cover with ceramic white skin-friendly material, supplemented by golden charging contacts, has both cold industrial feeling and warm hand feeling.
