With the introduction of magnetic attraction function in iPhone 12, wireless charging of mobile phones has become more convenient, which also indicates that wireless charging will be the general trend in the future. However, the current wireless charging technology still does not solve the problems of slow charging speed and serious heating, which greatly affects the use experience. Especially the heat problem may cause the phone to overheat protection, interrupt charging or even shut down. This project hopes to reduce the impact of heating on charging and improve user experience through simple design within a limited range.
First of all, the surface of the product in contact with the mobile phone adopts a wavy texture, so that the surface will not be completely attached to the surface, leaving a gap, which is conducive to air circulation and heat dissipation. Then, the main body adopts an aluminum alloy shell, and the good thermal conductivity of the metal effectively reduces the internal heat accumulation of the product and prolongs the service life.
During the design process, it was found that due to magnetic attraction, we cannot remove the mobile phone with one hand like using wireless charging without magnetic attraction function. Therefore, a silicone anti-skid pad is added at the bottom of the product. When charging on the desktop, only the mobile phone needs to be rubbed horizontally when taking the mobile phone. Due to the friction between the silicone at the bottom and the desktop, the mobile phone can be easily removed with one hand.
The brand logo and indicator light are combined into one, and the design of fine hole dot matrix is adopted.
Also designed for this product silicone protective cover small accessories, with the function of the storage line, simple and practical. However, due to various reasons, there is no production behind the protective cover.

The bottom is made of non-slip silicone pad, which makes it possible to remove the mobile phone with one hand, greatly improving the use experience.
