Owner is a carpenter and hopes to re-use the left-over raw oak materials in his carpentry factory. These natural materials come in different left-over sizes from past completed projects. The feature wall was detailed in such a way that all odd sizes are able to form a cohesive design language that flow smoothly in-between spaces to give warmth to the overall spatial experience. Villa 7 intended to be an understated elegance, takes whitewashed surfaces with natural finishes such as natural stones and left-over raw oak plank from timber factory in clean modern lines to a display of simple luxury without ostentation; A simple space for living.
