Top grade has done a lot of painstaking research after accepting the entrustment of explorer brand. The appearance of camping equipment is affected by professional outdoor equipment, and it is too dull and professional in color, shape and style. There is a big difference in aesthetics with the entry-level young group who like camping activities and have a large base. At the same time, outdoor products have a wide range of different materials. Although the explorer brand has complete sets of products for sale, there is no correlation between the products. The SKU of the explorer brand is numerous, but there is also confusion in style and color, which makes the brand recognition low and loses the brand character. We have organized the brand upgrade with product iteration as the carrier, established a unified PI language for series products, designed in line with the preferences of modern young people, and established the explorer brand character. The top grade team first disassembled the products in the suit to confirm the materials and structural forms used. With customer data as the support, extract the crowd segment preference style keywords, increase brand exposure to strengthen brand memory and tonality.
