Project background: The customer is Ali Tmall brand marketing center. The customer has basic technical algorithms, but the product capability needs outsourcing.
User pain point: since it is a new offline retail terminal that has never been built before from 0-1, rococo team is required to provide full-link service from product definition to product landing.
Product strategy: Rococo team conducted several rounds of offline scene research, user interviews and competition analysis on each mall, decomposed the product function experience requirements from the perspective of various stakeholders, defined the product size, form and experience, and then cooperated with Ali technical team to design the product appearance, structure and UED.
Optimization and upgrading: through careful and effective preliminary research and design analysis, to ensure that the product meets the needs of all stakeholders. Taking the customer's business objectives as the starting point, the brand's commercial needs are transformed into design with high quality from the perspective of user experience design, grasping the limitations of product technology and structure, and using design methods to optimize the product framework.
