This hand-held alcohol tester is aimed at private car owners, commuters and enterprise security inspection scenes. It focuses on portable, minimal business appearance and accurate and rapid inspection. It abandons the heavy and cold industrial shape of traditional security inspection instruments, and creates a portable safety inspection digital with a light and thin integrated body, restrained interactive layout and low saturation metal texture, taking into account the dual use requirements of personal self-test and small office security inspection.
Design Concept for the Form
1: light and thin rounded rectangular integrated body
The whole machine adopts a vertical ultra-thin cuboid outline, and the whole edge of the whole machine is passivated with large R rounded corners, weakening the stiff instrument feeling of the testing instrument. The thickness of the body is compressed to a portable size, which can be easily put into pockets and car storage boxes without any burden. The horizontal dividing line of the fuselage is made into a layered structure to distinguish the screen interaction area from the air intake detection area, and the visual level is clean and regular.
2: Partition restraint interactive layout
The front is arranged in layers from top to bottom: the top high-definition digital display screen, the middle function key module and the bottom air intake detection hole, the function areas are vertically aligned, and the visual balance is comfortable. The central key module adopts a two-color partition design. The orange SOS emergency key and the gray function knob form a visual distinction. One key identifies emergency and detection operations to reduce the probability of false touch.
3: the back of the minimalist flat storage shape
The rear cover is flat and free of redundant protrusions, only brand logo and small storage grooves are reserved, and there are no messy openings. The flat back can be attached to the desktop and car bracket, and the placement is stable, while dustproof storage is taken into account. The front and back shapes of the whole machine are balanced with functions and minimalist aesthetics.
