With the rapid development of the electric vehicle market, more and more users have an increasing demand for efficient, convenient and intelligent charging solutions. Traditional fixed charging piles have problems such as large space occupation, poor adaptability and single interactive experience. Based on this, [Whale Jubilee] has designed an innovative charging robot (AI snake charging robot concept) with "bionic snake-shaped structure" as its core. It mainly provides users with the experience of charging without getting off the bus through flexible mechanical arm design, intelligent interactive system and modular technical architecture. At the same time, it also integrates the design concept of bionic beauty to create a perfect integration of future technology and natural inspiration.

Accurate docking: The six-dimensional force control system adjusts the contact force in real time to ensure the insertion depth of the charging gun is 1mm.
Folding storage: The main body can be folded along the longitudinal axis, and the size is compressed from the original size after folding. The built-in ultrasonic sensor automatically adjusts the folding angle when it detects that the storage space is insufficient.

Three-stage bionic joint: each joint has a built-in brushless servo motor (torque 1.2N · m) and a harmonic reducer to achieve a straight line of ± 90 degrees of rotational freedom. The joints transmit power through carbon fiber connecting rods to ensure the ideal motion accuracy.
Adaptive docking mechanism: the end charging head is equipped with a camera and a six-dimensional force sensor array (resolution 0.1N), and with AI vision algorithm (recognition accuracy), the charging port position calibration can be completed in a short time.

Functional unit decoupling: divided into motion control module (including joint drive), charging module, environmental perception module (laser radar depth camera). The charging module supports quick replacement and adapts to different vehicle interfaces.

Vehicle identification: The point cloud model of the charging port is built through the 3D camera, and the vehicle type matching is completed in a short time.
Path planning: Based on the AI algorithm, the optimal motion path is generated to charge the charging port.

Snake-shaped curve design: the fuselage adopts a streamlined serpentine structure to simulate the movement trajectory of snakes, which not only ensures the flexibility of movement, but also reduces the sense of visual redundancy through continuous curved surfaces. The silver-gray metal texture shell strengthens the technological attributes.
Head interaction interface: The front-end integrated circular LED display screen displays real-time information such as charging progress and battery health status. The top red indicator light mainly indicates the working status (red is charging) (green is to be used).
