The design idea of this product is that we know that the price of this product will not be too low, and then we can use aluminum alloy and stainless steel to make details in some details. As for the fuselage, 6063 aluminum alloy is used as a whole, and the closing of the air inlet network area is designed, but this closing has caused some minor troubles to the processing! Because the effect is wire drawing, when the wire drawing is manually thrown, the intersection of the face and the curved surface will be thrown several times, resulting in a slight unevenness in the radian, and this disadvantage is uncontrollable. When communicating with the Porsche design team, what they want to do is the effect of dumb surface, but after many proofing and comparison, we think that the bright surface is better and the overall value is higher. In order to preserve the texture effect of the surface, the shell is only oxidized once. This product has a total of 4 accessories, air collection nozzle, soft air nozzle, metal hanger, comb. The air collecting nozzle is the same as most high-speed air collecting nozzles. We have sprayed pearl powder paint on the surface, which looks more textured.

We referred to Dyson's soft-wind mouth and made some modifications according to the optimization plan of the technical team. We wanted to integrate the collagen function into soft-wind mouth and should not be affected too much by high temperature. I had an idea at that time: make a hollow position on soft-wind mouth, put protein strips in, and drive the auxiliary air duct through the main air duct to bring out the protein. Because the wind in the auxiliary air duct is cold, this can ensure that the main air duct will not overheat the protein bar when the hot air goes. The soft air nozzle is made of nylon and glass fiber, which has high strength. Aluminum alloy ring is added to the outer ring as an auxiliary, and secondary oxidation is done to make the C angle red.

The decorative sheet on the back of the main body is made of stainless steel. The technical team is sure of this size, because it involves air intake and air output, so it cannot be changed at will.
The metal hanger is bent by CNC oxidation with a large aluminum plate. There are two stainless iron rings on it. These two iron rings are shared with the stainless iron ring of the hair dryer, because the air collecting nozzle and the soft air nozzle are inside. Magnets are placed inside, which can be magnetically attracted to the stainless iron ring on the main machine and the stainless iron ring on the hanger. Sharing structural parts in the main body and accessories is also a design idea, which is a way to save costs. The stainless iron ring is colored by electrophoresis process, and its material is limited. Considering the cost, it is the best to do so.

In fact, the overall manufacturing cost of this product is not low, but the selling price is not low. This is also the design that can be done with some more expensive materials and techniques. At the same time, when communicating with the Porsche design team, it was also found that foreign designers had a lot of research on the materials and processes used in the products. Because of the problems during the epidemic, they sent us several aluminum alloy brushed plates with relevant texture parameters marked on them. It also helps us to better communicate with the factory and facilitate process improvement to achieve results.

The following two schemes were what I wanted to do at that time, but the cost was not well controlled because of the application of sand spraying, carbon fiber and high-grade leather, and the Porsche design team did not want this style, so I gave up.
