However, for some reasons, the design based on scientific man-machine data was not recognized in the last job, so it only appeared in the ideal product form this year and has been sold on Tmall shelves. The design basis of the goose-shaped pillow comes from the most correct sleep posture in theory: sleep on your back and keep the natural curvature of the neck, and sleep on your side. The high pillow ensures that the shoulders are not compressed and the spine is straight. In the specific design, because my design style is biased towards softness, on the basis of realizing the function, I add the shape design of geese spreading its wings, and the down-exploration design in the neck area can support the neck more closely, and I also want to make the functional pillow less stiff visually. After completing the design of functions and basic shapes, I always feel that this product is not perfect. As a miscellaneous designer, considering the market competition and cost advantages and better user experience, the parametric punching form is adopted as the end of this design. In the actual experience, the unique punching form can make sleeping on your back support stronger, sleeping on your side softer and breathable, and the pressure on your ears during sleep is less. I thought that this design basically ended the design stage, but in the choice of fabrics, the company gave considerable freedom-you can freely design fabric patterns. Therefore, I started my first fabric pattern design here-fish scale pattern antibacterial fabric, pattern design and final material ratio selection, as well as the determination of antibacterial mite removal and anti-pilling process, thanks to the extremely cooperative suppliers. As the first work published in a turbulent year, I have a deep affection for it. After two months of in-depth experience, I love the design very well.
