The "Super Horn" series is a high-end horn sound series designed and built for the HERO VOICE brand. It is the flagship work of the deep integration of industrial aesthetics and Hi‑Fi acoustic engineering.
The whole machine box body is made of aviation aluminum alloy CNC integrated precision milling. Precision numerical control machining gives the box body extremely low resonance and vibration suppression ability, reducing the resonance noise of the box body from the root. The tough vertical texture trim strip is matched with a stable dark gray body, with neat and restrained lines, both cold metal texture and sculptural three-dimensional appearance. The bottom is equipped with adjustable metal shock-proof foot nails to isolate ground vibration interference, stabilize the center of gravity of the whole machine, and realize two-way optimization of acoustics and structural design.
The acoustic unit adopts all-brass forged horn, and the high-rigidity brass material has excellent sound conduction characteristics, which can reduce the loss of sound waves in the horn channel, so that the medium and high frequency signal transmission is smooth and the distortion is extremely low. Products strictly follow the three-frequency acoustic architecture, large-caliber bass horn, mid-range horn and independent external treble horn layered layout, each frequency band to perform its own duties, to achieve accurate segmentation of frequency bands.
The collision between the metal horn and the aluminum alloy body takes into account the luxurious texture, solid materials and strong acoustic performance.
