1. Product Overview
This show is a D-1 of the appearance design scheme of the micro (wedu) brand ultrasonic knife host handle system, and also includes a comparison and summary of A/B/C/D/D-1 multi-scheme. The product is a high-end surgical medical device, the core positioning is the operating room with ultrasonic surgical equipment, design around the medical scenario of professionalism, safety, ease of use, the program is D-1 in the program D based on the optimization of the iterative version.
2. Core Design Principles
The top-level design logic of the scheme D-1 is clear:
Small design, temperature design language. Under the tough shape, the outer contour surface is soft chamfered.
"Compact": adapt to the operating room compact space, reduce equipment footprint, improve mobility and placement flexibility;
"Design with temperature": a soft visual language is integrated into the professional sense of medical equipment to ease the tension of doctors and patients;
"Combination of hard and soft": the reliability of medical equipment is reflected in the tough geometric shape, and the cold feeling is weakened by the full soft chamfer, taking into account the visual beauty and operational safety (to avoid bumping).
3. Design Language Depth Analysis
1. Modeling language
Integrated minimalist modeling: using horizontal cuboid as the basic form, the overall line is simple and smooth, no redundant decoration, in line with the professional and rigorous tone of medical equipment;
Contour processing combined with hard and soft: the main body is divided by tough block surface, and all outer contours and corners are chamfered with large radius, which not only ensures the sense of strength of the structure, but also weakens the sense of industry, realizing the balance of "professional affinity;
Hierarchical color separation design: the use of "silver gray dark gray brand blue" three-color system:
Silver gray (metal texture): as the main frame, highlighting the sense of precision of high-end medical equipment;
Dark gray (matte): as the operation panel area, strengthen the visual focus, at the same time dirt, anti fingerprint;
Brand blue (embellished color): used for logo, interface, keys, form a visual focus, strengthen brand identification, and conform to the professional color matching of the medical industry.
2. Vision and Brand Language
Brand visual enhancement: the front and top surfaces clearly present the brand logo of "wedu micro degree", and the English name of the product "Ultrasonic Surgical Shears" is marked in the upper right corner to strengthen brand recognition;
Visual guidance in the operation area: the operation panel adopts dark gray background color, and the buttons and interfaces are highlighted in blue to form a natural visual dynamic line, so that medical staff can quickly identify the operation area;
Proportional coordination: The layout of the screen, buttons, and interfaces follows the golden ratio, which is visually comfortable and harmonious, and conforms to the design aesthetics of high-end products.

1. Operation interface details
Power button: the left round physical button, with blue power logo, eye-catching position, convenient operation, in line with the operating room "one-key start and stop" safety requirements;
Display screen: large-size touch/display screen in the middle, occupying the core position of the operation area, used for parameter setting and device status display, and concave processing in the screen area to avoid accidental touch;
Handle interface: The blue interface with the shape of water droplets on the right side is the iconic design of the product:
High degree of shape recognition, strengthen the product memory point;
Blue logo clear, and the power button to form a visual response;
The interface shape conforms to the ergonomics of plug-in operation, which is convenient for medical care to quickly connect the handle;
Top step design: the top surface is made of stepped concave shape, which can be used to accommodate surgical consumables and accessories, improve the space utilization rate of the operating room, and is a detailed design that takes into account both beauty and practicality.
2. Structure and process details
Full soft chamfering: all outer contours and corners are rounded without sharp edges and corners, so as to avoid collision and injury during operation of medical staff and improve product texture;
Bottom support feet: 4 black non-slip foot pads are used to ensure the stability of the equipment, while isolating the desktop to improve heat dissipation efficiency;
Back interface and heat dissipation: the back integrated power interface, signal interface, heat dissipation grille, regular layout, heat dissipation grille adopts honeycomb design, taking into account the heat dissipation efficiency and dustproof effect, in line with the reliability requirements of medical equipment;
Material process: the main body adopts medical grade ABS/PC material, the surface is matte, anti-fingerprint, easy to clean and disinfect, and meets the requirements of hospital feeling in the operating room.
3. Multi-view details
Front view: the layout of the operation area is clear and the visual focus is clear;
Oblique view: showing the top step design and side modeling, highlighting the product three-dimensional sense;
Side view: showing the product thickness and side lines, reflecting the compact design;
Back view: display interface and heat dissipation design, taking into account functionality and aesthetics;

5. Ergonomic Design Analysis
1. Operating ergonomics
Operating height and viewing angle: the host adopts forward tilting operation panel, and the angle between the screen and the button conforms to the sight height of the medical staff standing operation. The screen and the button can be clearly viewed without bending down, thus reducing the fatigue of long-term operation;
Key and interface layout: the power key is on the left and the interface is on the right, which conforms to the operation habits of most people. The left hand start and stop, the right hand plug and unplug the handle, and the operation process is smooth;
Operating space: the compact body reduces the occupation of the operating area, and the medical staff can operate flexibly around the equipment to adapt to the complex environment of the operating room.
2. Safety of use
Anti-touch design: the operation panel is concave, and the key and interface are in reasonable positions to avoid touching the power supply or interface by mistake during surgery;
Visual recognition: the blue interface and keys are highly eye-catching on the dark gray panel, which can be quickly identified even in the low light environment of the operating room;
No sharp edges and corners: full soft chamfering design, to avoid medical staff in the operation, handling equipment injury, improve the use of safety.
