Gallium nitride (GaN) is an artificial material composed of nitrogen (Nitride) and gallium (Gallium). Gallium nitride can replace traditional silicon to act as a metal oxide half field effect transistor in the charger to realize the function of the charger from high voltage to low voltage. The operating frequency of gallium nitride material power devices can reach up to 300KHz, which is 15 times higher than that of ordinary silicon.
