In order to improve the disadvantages of the existing travel neck pillow in the market, such as heavy and muggy, we have carried out design innovation in the aspects of support, comfort and portability. The shape of PILO TOGO is designed based on ergonomic data and specifications, which can bring 360-degree surround support to the head and neck. We creatively embedded a parameterized silicone structural support in the back neck of the pillow body. While providing sufficient support, it can not only compress the thickness of the neck, but also greatly reduce the volume and weight of the filler. The net weight of the pillow body is only 350 grams, which is easier to fold and carry. At the same time, the hollow support and ice silk fabric can help sweat and moisture to be discharged quickly, even if worn for a long time, it can keep fresh and comfortable. PILO TOGO's pillow core filling material also applies brand-new technology. We have jointly developed a washable memory sponge material with suppliers, which not only has the characteristics of slow rebound and stable support, but also can be machine washed as a whole and is convenient for cleaning.
