The difference between the two plugs and the three sockets lies in whether there is a grounding wire, while the original two plugs are not connected to the ground wire. All of them, whether they are inserted into the two plugs or inserted into the three-pronged hole at an angle, are exactly the same for the two plugs (both have no grounding wire). If the three-pronged plug is broken straight and inserted into the two insertion holes, there is a potential safety hazard.
