CARO is a multifunctional seat controlled by an electronic control system. The control position is on the side of the seat and the side of the headrest, which is convenient for operation. It has many functions, such as tilting, reclining, adjustable headrest, adjustable armrest, footrest and so on. The whole chair curve is based on the human curve, which meets the ergonomic parameters and provides comfortable support for the user. In terms of details, a variety of materials and stitching techniques are used to enhance breathability and touch. At the same time, the polishing and depiction of details also further enhance the high-end feeling of the product. Product use scenarios for high-end office and home living area, stylish and simple appearance, can be coordinated into the environment. When I first received the project task, I emphasized that the size, process and structure of the product should be achievable, because existing hardware such as motors and steel frames need to be implanted. Therefore, the design process has been combined with mass production requirements. The work was finally mass produced by Gu Quan and went on the market smoothly.
