The brief was to design the best earbuds that ever existed. Over the course of 12 months, thousands of conversations took place with earbud users across the country to discover the key problems. During this time, we found a common group of themes among the frustrations you shared; we also learned that the industry leaders producing some of the most common and popular earbud models were neglecting to address these concerns. The five most common frustrations with earbuds included: 1. Comfort and fit. 2. Sound quality. 3. Battery life. 4. Sweat/Water durability. 5. Fashion.
