If ceramics are the crystallization of mud and fire, then bamboo and wood are the crystallization of water and soil. My thinking direction is to combine ceramics and bamboo and wood materials to achieve the aesthetic emotion and ideal of compatibility between water and fire and combining yin and yang.

This set of floral combination is a modernist simple style as a whole. It is mainly composed of three materials: white ceramic, wood support and bamboo weaving. The bottle mouth of the ceramic vase is stuck by bamboo weaving to achieve the effect of the vase hanging. There are three pieces in this flower combination, and they use the same modeling language: they are all stents with different cylinder shapes on the bottom and vases with corresponding cross-sectional shapes. I hope to explore the design method of combining ceramic material and bamboo and wood material based on flower device by designing this set of flower device combination.
