Animal night light

A day is divided into 24 hours. The best sleep is to be able to sleep for 8 hours, accounting for about 1/3 of the whole day.

The sleep data report shows that from 2013 to 2018, the average sleep time per capita in China has dropped from 8.8 hours to 6.5 hours. The average 38.2% of Chinese people have sleep problems, 11.2% higher than the global average.
