Last year, an ows design project, the first double-opening open earphone, this earphone and the customer's intention, our positioning for this earphone is a high-end, high-configuration and distinctive appearance design, we decided to use the range rover as our design inspiration to design, the shell design, we refer to the design elements of the range rover rear, he extracted the design of his upper and lower double opening, the design of the earphone shell, and the asymptotic line of the tail as the bright spot of the connection between the upper and lower shells of the earphone, making the whole appear simple but not simple and distinctive. After opening the shell, the light strips built into the both sides of the earphone shell were designed with reference to Range Rover's iconic tail light. Thus, the design of the earphone shell was finalized, the design of the earphone is the difficulty of this design. We have made a lot of attempts and ideas on how to design an earphone that conforms to the shell and does not lose the characteristic appearance. The final result is very successful. The addition of red plated sub-pieces as a dot most also echoes the Range Rover theme. At this point, the work of appearance design is over. After the appearance design, the structural design has encountered many problems. Because of the design of the upper and lower covers, the pushing and stacking of the internal structure, the earphone, the whole Bluetooth design, the design is completed, with more than 30 parts, and the high-density structure is pushed and pushed. At the beginning, we had to abandon the setting of opening the upper and lower covers at the same time by pressing the key and pressing the key, leave enough space to open the upper cover.
With the efforts of the whole project and the customers, it took as long as one year to finally complete the landing.
