1. design analysis-let the "handle" disappear
Laparoscopy, electric hook, ultrasonic scalpel ...... and then advanced energy platform, but also through a section of about 20 cm metal rod and human body dialogue. The "one-size-fits-all" cylindrical shape of the traditional handle forces the doctor to continuously resist torsion, clamping force and vibration during the 4-6 hour operation, resulting in wrist fatigue and decreased fineness. The design goal of the new handle is only one: when the instrument passes through the cannula, the doctor forgets the existence of the "handle" and only the "intention" reaches the tissue.
2. Design Language-Putting "Sports Equipment" into "Aseptic Operating Room"
Main vision: the triangular prism gradually changes to the "water drop section" of the cylinder, which not only retains 360 degrees of rotational freedom, but also gives the "three-sided logic" of the positioning of the finger belly ";
Color: gun gray anode ring + RAL 9002 medical white, cancel highlight polishing, avoid shadowless lamp reflection;
Material: 50% glass fiber PA shell, surface Ra 0.8 μm, can withstand 350 cycles of sterilization (134 ℃ high pressure steam);

3. Design Details-Millimeter Weight Reduction, Newton Drag Reduction
Torque Trim
