With the increasingly fierce real estate marketing, the traditional sales center with single function and luxury is gradually losing its competitiveness in the market. It is urgent to have innovative conceptual thinking design to break the limitations of the industry. Junjia Design teamed up with Vanke Real Estate to carry out a sustainable construction experiment on homes and communities. Focusing on the concept of "Homeland Children and Dreams", Junjia Design returned to the original intention of living and combined with Vanke Real Estate's strategy as a supporting service provider in the city to create a children's theme sales center. The innovation of the project is that it can not only realize the symbiosis of sales and humanities, but also realize the transformation and continuation of functions in different periods of space over time. From the sales-oriented sales center in the early stage to the kindergarten as a supporting education in the later stage, it eventually evolved into a public and beautiful community center, growing together with the city. Based on the reality that the project will be used as a community kindergarten in the future, achieving a balance between sales atmosphere and naive education has become the biggest challenge facing design. Junjia develops a gradual design narrative around the six spaces of the planning layout-sound and body room, corridor, sand table area, negotiation area, multi-functional interactive area and children's classroom. On the whole, Junjia uses "Fairy Tales · Children's Painting" as the concept of space theme. The jigsaw puzzle platform, white rainbow corridor, hand-painted ceiling and other childlike elements strengthen the resonance of space. The combination of communication, learning and recreation is the way children experience growth. The design team pays attention to the natural connection and integration of indoor and outdoor environments, presenting a bright and warm space feeling. When you see your family happy here, you are willing to stay. This project design redefines a way of life experience and perception through spatially differentiated experience organization and creative expression. In the space atmosphere full of innocence and dream color, the original sales function is balanced, so that visitors feel happy and relaxed here, and become the ideal home for residents to stay. People can live poetically in cities, and beautiful memories and emotions can be passed on.
