It has not been updated for half a year, because I have been preparing for graduate students for the past six months, and most of the time is occupied by various subjects on examination topics, but the thinking about design has never stopped. During this period, some designer friends urged me to update, which made me feel missed, so after the preliminary examination, I quickly expressed every inadvertent idea of the postgraduate entrance examination, and finally gave birth to Dada's 100 daily necessities design, which I named "How delicious the dumplings".

On the one hand, it draws on (pays tribute) some of the styles of Kuramata Shiro. Kuramata Shiro is a member of the Memphis Group. Memphis is the most influential organization of postmodernism in the design world. It strives to break the pure and pure modernism. The methodology resurrects those artistic styles that are rejected by modernism, and designs with a humorous, gaming, and cynical mentality, pay attention to the humanistic factors in design, the metaphor of modeling, the history and culture of symbols, and talk about the combination of new and old design elements and eclectic. I like the postmodernism represented by Memphis very much, so I also tried to design such a product, but the technique is really not mature, just take a look and smile.

On the other hand, I hope to use this product to describe my complicated mood after the preliminary examination of postgraduate entrance examination. In 2020, I experienced a 2.5 of important identities, that is, company interns → college students who have completed their work → social miscellaneous people, etc. In the second half of the year, the days of hard review were tired of life and death every day, but it tortured me and also made me gain a lot, making me more firmly believe that learning and practice should be the theme of daily life. At the same time, I often think of the internship six months ago. It completely pulled me away from furniture design. I have been to factories several times to assemble proofing products. Each screw of those products is full of the love and consideration of designers and engineers... In short, 2020 has passed and I miss it very much.
