Traditional fuel heavy trucks are more and more prominent in terms of road rights and transportation costs due to serious exhaust pollution. However, pure electric heavy trucks born from application are faced with three major problems: high purchase cost, low operation efficiency and high resource occupation. In view of the above pain points, Jin Mao intelligent transportation, which is deeply engaged in the field of heavy truck exchange, has developed the first domestic heavy truck unilateral power exchange station, high compatibility on-board power exchange mechanism and self-developed software operation platform "Yi Lu Youdian" from the station end, vehicle end and operation platform end respectively, and has built an integrated solution of "station, vehicle and person.
In the early stage of the station design, in addition to desktop research and high-level interviews, we also visited the trial operation station in Suixian County, Henan Province, and simulated the actual operation and traffic flow of the station many times, and mastered the basic driving habits and driving rules of truck drivers. And in-depth communication with operation and maintenance personnel to understand the daily maintenance of the station, targeted design, optimization of internal operation and maintenance routes, fire fighting facilities embedded in the main body of the station, so that the integration of the station is higher and more complete. Considering the large scale of the power exchange module and heavy truck, the station covers an area of about 240 ㎡. The whole power exchange station takes geometric lines as the main outline, adopts aluminum veneer facing in the material selection, and adopts color steel composite plate to save costs. To ensure the brand tonality and modeling impact at the same time, as far as possible to reduce the construction difficulty and material costs. We use the concept of "energy cube" to combine the color collision and shape change of the facade aluminum veneer and color steel plate, like a piece of spar full of energy, continuously delivering energy to the truck. In the entrances and exits and internal spaces, through dynamic line planning, reflective strips, traffic signs, anti-collision light strips, fire cabinets and other detailed designs have been added.
