Considering the functional attribute of the robot "service", the designer adopted Penguin Gentleman as a source of inspiration, combining the cute appearance of the penguin with the characteristics of the waiter to create a service robot with affinity, which maximizes the elimination of customers' cold and stiff feelings towards the robot.

The design concept with "affinity" as the core reflects the "service" attribute of the robot through appearance design. Innovatively combine the characteristics of "waiter" and "penguin gentleman", take the simple penguin shape as the carrier, and match the elements of waiter's professional attire, so that consumers can understand the product attributes of the robot and enhance the memory of the robot's appearance. The appearance uses frosted plastic, and the mild texture enhances the interaction with people, making consumers willing to touch the robot. The unique vertical shipping method is matched with the design of the top pallet and the double-door shipping port, which creates a ritual shopping experience for consumers.

The robot can move and sell beverages and other commodities in indoor public areas such as airports, high-speed railway stations and commercial centers, covering the sales blind areas of convenience stores and vending machines, actively looking for customers to realize accurate marketing and increase the sales quantity of commodities. The robot has autonomous charging and automatic replenishment functions to minimize labor costs. Unique cargo shipment patents, consumers do not need to bend over to pick up goods.
