Interviewing a toy company, I asked for a written test to design a gum product. After passing the written test, I was stood up, so I sent it out for reference and exchange.

The design of this set of thematic gum is because they recently went to an interview with a company. They asked for a written examination. The content is to design a set of (6) thematic gum products, and the shape should be significantly different from that in the market, and the color matching should be fashionable and in line with the aesthetics of young parents. However, since I am still working, I can only take the time to design as much as possible ~

When accepting this written test requirement, I went to investigate the gutta-percha in the market and felt that the theme was a little limited. Most of them directly drew small animals, fruits and the like with cartoon appearance. Only in the distinction between color matching and similar appearance, it was a little tricky to design gutta-percha with obvious differentiation, so I tried to find a way out from different angles.

The original intention of designing this theme of gum is because babies are eating when they bite gum, and combined with differentiated performance, I have found some food references that can give people a strong visual impact, which can not only distinguish from the existing gum products on the market, but also give parents a picture that they can eat and produce an interesting scene in the process of eating.

The design idea of gutta-percha for space theme is relatively simple. I think space is the element of space combined with dreamy themes to give a cartoon and science fiction theme. However, it is a little regrettable that the space theme collided with the theme of an e-commerce manufacturer, but I think it is a pity to give up. Moreover, the design concept and play of the product are different from theirs, so I gritted my teeth and designed it.

I personally like the sports-themed gum, because the baby actually exercises its own physical coordination and muscle development in the process of taking the gum bite, so I combined the sports products with the theme of "healthy exercise" and designed this set of themed gum, hoping that the baby will grow up healthily and become a sports champion. Ha ha ha!
