1. Design Orientation and Core Objectives
Scheme E is a medical-grade industrial design for high-throughput neural signal acquisition equipment. The core goal is to create a product image with a sense of science and technology, cleanliness and ease of use while meeting the professional needs of laboratory/clinical scenarios. It is different from the heavy feeling of traditional medical equipment and is closer to the aesthetics of modern precision scientific research instruments.
2. Design Language and Style Features
1. Overall style
Minimal clean air: the main color of large area is pure white/light gray, with black details embellishment, which conforms to the visual cognition of "clean, professional and sterile" of medical products, weakens the industrial sense and transmits the precise and reliable temperament.
Modular sense of order: the top 4 and other large hollow modules are arranged linearly, forming a clear visual partition with the lower interface area and functional area, reflecting the product characteristics of "high throughput and multi-channel.
Soft rounded corners language: the edges of the fuselage and the corners of the module all adopt large rounded corners to avoid sharp edges and corners, which not only improves visual affinity, but also conforms to the safety specifications of medical equipment.
2. Color and Material
Main color: matte white/light gray, dirt-resistant and easy to clean, suitable for laboratory clean environment, visually lighter.
Auxiliary color: black is used for heat dissipation area, interface frame and power knob to form visual contrast and strengthen the identification of functional area.
Material hint: The surface is matte plastic/metal texture, and the top module is a hollow mesh design, which not only ensures heat dissipation, but also increases the level through texture changes.
3. Design Detail Disassembly
1. Form and structure
Flat body: different from the inclined design of scheme A- D, scheme e adopts a horizontal flat shape, with a lower center of gravity and more stable placement. at the same time, it reduces the visual height and adapts to the compact space of the test bench.
Detachable top module (shown in partial view): The top acquisition module can be lifted from the base for easy maintenance, cleaning or expansion, reflecting the flexibility of the modular design.
Heat dissipation design: the bottom of the right side of the fuselage adopts a strip grille heat dissipation port, which is hidden and efficient, avoiding direct blowing operators and not destroying the overall simplicity.
2. Functional area details
Interface area: 8 channel interfaces on the front are arranged linearly, and each interface is equipped with a status indicator to directly display the working status of the channel, which is convenient for quick investigation.
Power control: the right independent circular power knob, with ring indicator light, clear operation, to avoid accidental touch, in line with the design principle of "key function independence" of medical equipment.
Brand logo: the low-key "STAIRMED" brand logo on the left, the location is eye-catching but not abrupt, strengthening brand identification.
Back interface (visible from the side rear viewing angle): Integrated data transmission, power supply and other interfaces, centralized layout, easy to arrange cables, and keep the front simple.

Horizontal layout: The interface and control area are located on the front, and the operator can easily operate in a sitting posture without bending over or raising his head, reducing long-term fatigue.
