You're afraid you have a misunderstanding about the industry of crossing machines. You can only be regarded as an aerial camera. The traversing machine will not use a pan-tilt camera. The current technical level of the traversing machine does not support high-definition video transmission at all.

I have been playing with unmanned aerial vehicles and model aircraft for three years . the crossing aircraft is essentially a model aircraft and does not belong to unmanned aerial vehicles. steering gear pan-tilt can be installed on the crossing aircraft (most of them do not). however, there is, the current image transmission technology does not reach high-definition transmission, but it can be recorded in high-definition.
