I 'd like to share with you in the early days. The following is the production process and the display of the final product. The original intention of the idea is to explore sustainable and environmentally friendly materials like straw, which can supplement and replace them. In addition to the practical value of bagasse, the paper found to have better light permeability and perceptual value of texture. Imitating Li Ziqi's papermaking technique for three months is a very interesting process.

I have made different thicknesses, but they are all brittle. I am thinking about whether there is a lack of additives to make the fibers stick together.

In order to improve the brittle problem, I found three kinds of paper that are commonly used in life and have good toughness.
Add a little in the ratio of 3 (bagasse pulp):1 (other pulp)

The toughness has been greatly improved, and it can be made into a three-dimensional three-dimensional from a two-dimensional plane.
Mixed with different pulp, the color and texture are also different.

Try to apply the pulp on the balloon to make an irregular sphere, because the application is too thick, so the light transmission is not strong, but the light effect feels good.

In order to facilitate the assembly and maintain the integrity of the sphere, two hemispherical containers are used as molds, so that one sphere can be assembled.

Because it is a hand crop, it is indeed difficult to make paper thin, but the light transmission is much better than before.

My tutor is a graduate student of Gome. He did material research. From that year of our tutor, he asked everyone to find the materials around him to make a product. Some succeeded and some failed. Everything was coincidental, but it was also inseparable from the persistent attitude of design.
