The cell sorter, which the customer cooperated with the new silk road design institute, is committed to providing more convenient and effective cell screening instruments for medical staff and creating a brand-new operation mode. After in-depth understanding and communication with customers, we concluded that the traditional cell sorter has the following pain points: 1. The test tube rack is separated from the operation observation platform, and the placement of clutter when observing with a microscope affects the operation experience; 2. The test tube and the chip are stored separately and independently, and spare items cannot be used in time; 3. During the separation process of the traditional cell sorter, the chip where the blood is placed is exposed, it is easy to fall into impurities or other interferences; in response to these pain points, the new silk road of medical equipment design fully considers the design requirements when designing, in order to solve the user's pain points, and combine more reasonable man-machine operation to design a new cell sorter.



The design of this sorter adopts a clean inclined plane design, which is convenient for screen operation and achieves thinning effect visually. The test tube is integrated with the whole machine, which makes the blood cell separation operation more integrated, convenient and efficient. The acrylic outer cover protects the internal blood and the test tube to avoid accidental touch by the outside world. The transparent material achieves visual operation. The push-type storage drawer can place spare clean test tubes and chips.
