This is a water-saving valve design (cold water recovery device), a more advanced scheme for collecting cold water first when using hot water. It is a new set of simple pipelines on the basis of the original pipelines of the cold and hot water supply system. This recovery device can directly return the collected clean cold water to the tap water pipe and return it to the water heater for reheating.
