VTDI is TDI line scan camera using the world first hybrid TDI line scan sensor which developed by VIEWORKS Co., Ltd. autonomously. TDI line scan cameras are used mostly for the production inspection process to check up the product quality. Cameras can scan the products on conveyor belt and product image on the display to check up the product quality. As it is line scanning, like printer and scanner, continuously, it is the best solution to check up the product quality without stop the conveyor belt to take an image of product. As it is expensive an inspection solution, these cameras in current are used for displays production quality inspection; such as FPD(Flat Panel Display), LCD, OLED, etc. However, it is also for demanding applications such as wafer inspection, printed circuit board inspection, and high-performance document scanning.
