1. Design Analysis
Application scenario: dental clinic, home care, used to accurately spray micron-grade pharmaceutical powder such as antibacterial/anti-inflammatory/analgesic to gum pocket, ulcer surface or tooth extraction socket.
Core appeal:
Accurate drug delivery-powder flow is focused by 2 mm to reduce tongue and adjacent drug staining;
• Zero back suction-check valve to prevent the back flow of wet gas, powder does not agglomerate;
Lightweight and portable-the whole machine is 28g, and the patient can operate it for 10 s with one hand.
2. Design Language
Form: Oriental "sunrise" image-fading elliptical fuselage upturned nozzle, symbolizing the warm healing of Helio (sun) east (east).
Color: medical Bai Chenxi orange button, conveying "gentle, hope" emotion, weakening the cold feeling of oral instruments.
Material: ABS PC antibacterial material, nozzle 316L stainless steel thin-walled tube, can be 134 ℃ high temperature disinfection.
3. Design Details
Fading nozzle:
• 25 ° upwarping angle, the entrance is naturally aligned with the affected tooth, and the field of vision of the lip mirror is not blocked;

4. ergonomics
Holding: elliptical section 22 × 18mm, length 120mm, thumb naturally falls on orange key, index finger rests on arc gradually, wrist zero torsion.
