In the past two years 2023-2024, my design team and I have completed a new series of product design projects. This project is not achieved overnight, but closely around the market changes, after several rounds of research, verification and optimization, and finally successfully landed on the market. The most important thing is that this time, we have really moved from the role of Party B to the core of Party A. Design is no longer just a visual and structural executive tool, but part of the strategy.
The landing of this series of products has brought two very meaningful results:
Sales growth: to help enterprises achieve 2.7 times annual revenue growth, it can be said that the design is really a "lever" of performance growth ";
Brand strengthening: serialized design forms a clear and consistent brand impression at the channel terminal, which greatly enhances the company's voice and recognizability in the industry, the supply chain is more actively cooperating, and customers have established a deeper sense of trust.

Now, I can't help thinking about a problem. We industrial designers can drive business growth, promote team upgrading, and win the recognition of enterprises and the market. So, in such a market environment of increasing uncertainty, increasingly complex supply chains, and difficult platform traffic conversion:
"As industrial designers, is it possible for us to become independent, from 0 to 1, and make a product and brand that truly belongs to us?"
We are good at extracting opportunity points from trends. We know how to balance the boundaries between ideal and landing. We have experienced failure and have the ability to build a product system with real user value... But starting an independent business requires not only courage, but also business judgment, strategic rhythm, capital control, team building, and the patient test of time and fate.
